About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization’s low-code and Appian growth strategy by identifying high-value opportunities and market trends.
  • Proactively target and establish new relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients to build a sustainable pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to translate client needs into tailored automation and AI solutions.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, commercial offers, and go-to-market assets in collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Shape priority customer opportunities through deal structuring, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Manage strategic relationships with Appian and other low-code partners to enable co-selling and joint solution development.
  • Represent the company at industry events as a trusted advisor in intelligent automation and digital transformation.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of low-code platforms, with preferred exposure to Appian.
  • Proven track record of executing growth strategies for technology-led offerings.
  • Experience working within a SaaS or professional services environment.
  • Strong capability in business case development and financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automation, workflow, or hyperautomation ecosystems.
  • Experience engaging with major vendor partners such as Microsoft, Pega, ServiceNow, or Nintex.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and digital process automation.
  • Experience working within large or regulated industries like banking, insurance, government, or health.
