Responsibilities

• Own Product Finance end to end and serve as the senior Finance voice in product planning forums
• Own the financial model and forecast for core product areas, stress-testing ROI assumptions
• Measure product investment returns by translating experiment lift and cohort data into annualized revenue impact
• Maintain a financial view of the full product investment portfolio and lead the Product workstream in AOP and LRP
• Build financial theses and models for high-uncertainty bets like AI-assisted learning
• Partner with product leadership to provide clear, action-oriented narratives for CPO and CFO reviews
• Analyze how product changes impact CAC, LTV, and retention using AI tools

Requirements

• 8+ years in product analytics, product finance, or adjacent FP&A roles
• Experience in a high-growth B2C or marketplace business
• Deep expertise in product impact measurement, including experiment analysis and cohort analysis
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build models from scratch in ambiguous contexts
• Ability to build investment frameworks and align with senior business partners
• Proficiency in Looker or similar reporting tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Demonstrated success using AI tools to drive insights
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills
