Senior Strategic Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical rigor and strategic ideas to the revenue and cost drivers of the business
• Build and own financial models and reports for in-depth analyses
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve financial decision-making
• Evaluate organizational tradeoffs and participate in pricing decisions and product launches
• Support high-exposure initiatives such as fundraising and board meetings
• Develop and monitor critical success metrics across departments
• Scale and improve financial processes and perform ad hoc investigations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, trading, consulting, or high-growth tech
• Mastery of Excel with ability to build models from scratch
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to enhance workflows
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders
• Extremely detail-oriented with ability to multitask cross-department projects
• Metrics-driven and naturally curious
• Strong performer under pressure and tight timelines

• Programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or git
