Senior Strategic Account & Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic enterprise and public sector accounts across MENA, serving as a primary trusted advisor for cybersecurity and IT digital transformation.
• Engage with CIOs, CISOs, and senior IT leaders to align technology investments with regulatory and risk management objectives.
• Design end-to-end architectures spanning IAM, AD security, PAM, SIEM, ITSM, ITOM, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Lead discovery engagements to evaluate security maturity and define target IT architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Build and enable partner ecosystems through technical enablement programs, workshops, and support for complex RFPs and PoCs.
• Act as a bridge between the field and product management to channel customer feedback into product direction.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and account managers to build a high-performing regional practice.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity, IT operations, ITSM, and UEMS within enterprise or public sector environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with vendors or local system integrators.
• Hands-on experience with ManageEngine or similar platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, or SolarWinds.
• Deep architectural expertise in IAM, AD security, PAM, SIEM, log management, and audit/compliance.
• Proven track record in strategic account management and executive-level engagement.
• Extensive experience working across MENA markets with an understanding of regional regulatory requirements.
• CISSP and ITIL certifications are required.
