About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and increase market share within the Chicagoland and Indiana region.
- Create strategic account plans and business unit objectives to drive responsiveness for key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineering, purchasing, and management stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead global and cross-functional teams to support customer needs and strategic objectives.
- Provide demand forecasts and collaborate with global service operations to resolve supply issues.
- Analyze customer strategy, organization, and operations within the context of market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of analog ICs, power products, SoCs, MCUs, or MPUs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional international teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Established executive-level relationships with relevant customers.
- Valid U.S. passport for international travel.
