Senior Store Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee clientele development by leading by example in building and maintaining client relationships and proactive outreach.
• Drive business initiatives to attract new customers and build repeat business.
• Coach and supervise the sales team to ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to sales training programs.
• Achieve financial success by improving measurable statistics that impact store performance.
• Hire, train, and motivate a qualified sales team that represents the brand aesthetic and philosophy.
• Manage operational excellence, including store opening/closing, payroll budgets, inventory integrity, and loss prevention compliance.
• Implement visual merchandising directives and analyze business trends regarding assortment and stock levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree.
• Prior experience specifically within the luxury goods sector.
