Senior Store Designer

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and implementation of Global Real Estate projects, including new stores, fleet remodels, and closures
• Design effective store layouts that optimize space utilization and adapt prototypes to various site conditions
• Coordinate end-to-end project workflows, including feasibility studies, proposed planning, and approved implementation
• Project manage design budgets and the pre-construction process, supervising architects, engineers, and external vendors
• Prepare detailed design documentation such as floor plans, elevations, renderings, shop drawings, and landlord documentation
• Collaborate with real estate, construction, procurement, visual merchandising, and store operations departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Design, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in retail design or a similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch-up (or similar design software)
• Strong understanding of retail design principles, visual merchandising, and customer behavior
• Knowledge of general domestic and international building code restrictions
• General understanding of constructability and technical design requirements
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
