About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations including grant processing, RSU vesting, and stock option exercises
- Design and automate stock plan workflows across Workday, ADP, and Fidelity
- Architect internal control frameworks to ensure SOX compliance and data integrity
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Tax teams to support Section 16 filings and ASC 718 modeling
- Navigate global regulatory updates and tax mobility frameworks
- Prepare Compensation Committee materials and proxy equity tables
- Develop employee equity education programs such as webinars and FAQs
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global, publicly-traded tech company
- Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW
- Expert command of Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic, xlookup/vlookup)
- Ability to resolve complex data anomalies across multi-system environments
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation is strongly preferred
