Senior Statistician

Responsibilities

• Lead a range of projects involving statistical analysis plans
• Communicate methodologies and results to healthcare sector clients
• Provide strategic advice to clients at project initiation
• Supervise project teams and interact with external stakeholders
• Perform quality control and review colleagues' work
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management
• Mentor and line manage Statistician Interns

Requirements

• Degree or higher in a scientific or mathematical discipline (min GPA 3.3)
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in economic and mathematical modelling
• Extensive experience with R programming language
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple timelines
• Experience working directly with clients from initiation to completion
• Exceptional written and oral English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical work

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree or PhD in a scientific or mathematical discipline
• Experience with Stan, Python, SQL, or other data analysis languages
• Awareness of data standards like CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, or ICH principles
