Senior Startups Inception Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit promising startups in Japan for the NVIDIA Inception program.
• Assess startups' technical stacks and architectures to recommend appropriate NVIDIA hardware, software, SDKs, and libraries.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical business leaders, including CTOs and Heads of Engineering, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players and execute engagement programs to nurture the startup community.
• Collaborate with the Japanese VC ecosystem to support portfolio companies and recruit VCs into the NVIDIA VC Alliance Program.
• Share local ecosystem trends and opportunities with internal NVIDIA teams to align global strategy with local needs.
• Support sell-to and sell-with activities in coordination with NVIDIA sales and channel partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in startup accelerators, incubators, venture capital, or ecosystem development at a major technology company.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical understanding of NVIDIA products, platforms, and libraries to effectively advise engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work proactively in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, or AI application development.
• Deep understanding of the local Japanese developer landscape and startup ecosystem.
• Experience working within a top-tier startup accelerator or cloud service provider.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for using metrics to measure program effectiveness.
