Senior Stakeholder Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver updates on mega projects and key PACE initiatives for internal and executive audiences
• Draft weekly email updates and recurring stakeholder materials summarizing progress, priorities, and risks
• Create and maintain high-impact PowerPoint decks for executive leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and validate content for leadership messaging and strategic updates
• Support consistent storytelling, editorial quality, and brand voice across all deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
• 3+ years of experience in writing communications for senior executives and other leaders
• 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
• 3+ years of experience managing projects involving cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in visual storytelling, graphic design, or presentation development
