About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction and act as a liaison between end users, application developers, and senior DoD leadership
  • Develop required roadmaps and related artifacts for leveraging TRMC capabilities across diverse user communities
  • Plan and coordinate technical support for the Test Resource Management Center Data Strategy involving military and civil service personnel
  • Monitor and support the pursuit of viable opportunities by defining requirements, specifications, and implementation timelines
  • Optimize operational results by establishing goals and making strategic decisions to support Digital Engineering and Big Data initiatives
  • Supervise teams and work closely with military acquisition programs

Requirements

  • Master's degree in an Engineering/Technical field, or a Master's in a non-technical field with 20 years of IT leadership experience within the DoD
  • Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, including technical roadmap development and project management
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI
  • Extensive experience with Military Acquisition Programs and Capabilities Based T&E
  • Deep knowledge of the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
  • Proven experience working with TRMC, OUSD (R&E), or Service Headquarters
  • Ability to travel 25% to support DoD Ranges and Labs across the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Digital Engineering and Knowledge Management within the DoD
  • Experience with Enterprise Software Development and computer operating environments
  • Expertise in Strategic Relations and Testing and Training environments
