Responsibilities

• Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of subsystem-to-subsystem interfaces for battery products
• Architect comprehensive test profiles and strategies to mitigate technical risks
• Drive the DFMEA process by providing expert input on failure modes
• Act as a strategic link between Test and Design teams to influence hardware concepts
• Mentor engineers and elevate mechanical engineering best practices
• Coordinate test execution across multiple sites and external laboratories
• Develop internal tools and standardize reporting and data analysis workflows

Requirements

• 10+ years of deep technical experience in Test Engineering and data analysis
• Proven track record of leading complex hardware verification programs
• Extensive experience architecting test strategies and processing high-bandwidth vibration data
• Ability to translate raw test results into actionable engineering insights
• Proficiency in coordinating test execution at external laboratories
• Experience closing the loop between empirical test data and static/dynamic models
