Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, NPI

Responsibilities

• Own the Vera Rubin generation introduction end-to-end, including chip vendor and OEM dependencies and architecture updates.
• Define the NPI engagement model for new GPU generations, including commissioning gate frameworks.
• Lead NPI Phase 0 on the Cloud TPM side, defining firmware targets and node allocation plans.
• Manage compounding cross-SKU dependencies between active production programs and new NPI.
• Maintain portfolio-level situational awareness across NPI programs and cloud foundations.
• Partner with VP and SVP-level stakeholders to frame trade-offs and drive organizational alignment.
• Drive the TPM organization toward predictability by defining leading indicators and coaching staff.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager owning NPI programs end-to-end.
• Deep fluency in generation-level GPU architecture, including networking topology and storage implications.
• Extensive knowledge of software/firmware lifecycles (BIOS/BMC/GPU firmware, DOCA targets, driver stacks).
• Experience with networking and storage depth, including cluster-leaf topology and fabric commissioning.
• Proven track record of direct hardware partner engagement (NVIDIA or OEMs).
• Ability to define NPI engagement models from scratch within hyperscaler or AI infrastructure environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct Vera Rubin program experience from a hyperscaler.
• Experience redesigning NPI commissioning gate frameworks (G0–G6).
• Exposure to generation-level architectural transitions affecting IaaS and Managed Services.
• Experience coaching or developing Staff-level TPMs.
