Responsibilities

• Own the entire product delivery and validation cycle from initial concept through launch and commercialization
• Define, manage, and execute technical workstreams across systems architecture, electrical engineering, firmware, and software
• Develop and enforce the Product Development Process (PDP) and establish best practices for validation and documentation
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies affecting technical and business outcomes
• Facilitate key technical and strategic decisions between engineering and executive stakeholders
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for other program managers and engineers

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management focused on hardware product development
• Extensive experience managing complex programs involving systems architecture, electrical engineering, and firmware/software
• Deep expertise in the Product Development Process (PDP)
• Systems-level generalist mindset with the ability to influence technical leaders
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
• Proven ability to lead autonomously in ambiguous environments
