Senior Staff Specialist Business Demand Planning and Strategic Projects

Responsibilities

• Perform business demand planning for long-term growth, including supply chain processes and end-to-end manufacturing strategies.
• Govern business processes regarding supply chain and production ramp-up management to enable effective strategic decisions.
• Work closely with operational stakeholders across FE, BE, PROC, and GSD functions.
• Support and drive projects that contribute to business productivity and profitability.
• Lead programs and initiatives that enable organizational development, including the adoption of digitalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, business management, or ramp-up change management.
• Strong expertise in driving business strategies and managing stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment with high agility.
