Senior Staff Solutions Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive channel engagement and business opportunities for infrastructure solutions, specifically focusing on the industrial market and new product introductions (NPIs).
• Engage with major ODMs, contract manufacturers, and traditional OEMs to secure design wins and drive revenue growth.
• Orchestrate Business Units, Sales, and FAEs in solutions promotion and business development activities.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with key technical and procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and improve roadmaps based on market and customer needs.
• Research and monitor competition, market dynamics, and design windows to provide strategic recommendations.
• Develop product collaterals, competitive analyses, customer presentations, and field training materials.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of the infrastructure market, including data centers, servers, telecommunications, and/or networking.
• BSEE degree or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to follow up on leads and build relationships in the field.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSEE degree.
• MBA degree.
