Senior Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for Creative products.
• Lead the vision for creative management, approval processes, and ad serving integrations.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to align on strategy and manage technical tradeoffs.
• Gather customer requirements and design prototypes to solve complex user needs.
• Prioritize and scope product releases, working with engineering to iterate on products over time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Deep domain expertise in ad tech or media technology.
• Proven track record of building and iterating on complex products over long lifecycles.
• Strong ability to solve complex technical problems with scalable, creative solutions.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to find answers in large datasets.
• Experience working effectively with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both small and large groups.
• Ability to write detailed specifications that clearly articulate the "why" behind product problems.
