Senior/Staff Product Manager - Ray Data

Responsibilities

• Drive the Ray Data product roadmap by balancing open source feature development with Anyscale Runtime commercial differentiation.
• Increase open source Ray Data adoption through community growth, improved developer experience, and ecosystem integrations.
• Partner with Product Marketing on strategic market positioning, field enablement, and competitive analysis.
• Engage directly with customers to support sales and field engineering teams.
• Identify strategic opportunities within the ML/Data lifecycle where architectural strengths create maximum value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical product management experience.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or data processing.
• Proven experience working with both developer and enterprise audiences.
• Ability to think strategically and balance competing priorities from various stakeholders.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing open source products and navigating commercial monetization strategies.
• Deep background in ML tooling, data infrastructure, or developer tools.
