Senior Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for Last Mile e-commerce
• Build and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap based on customer needs and market signals
• Lead customer discovery and validation with enterprise and retail accounts
• Translate strategy into shippable requirements in partnership with Engineering and Design
• Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority
• Mentor PMs and set high standards for product craft across the organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management leadership experience
• Proven experience building enterprise SaaS products
• Experience driving roadmaps from discovery through incremental delivery
• Ability to present to executive leadership and participate in sales cycles
• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships across a software business
• Ability to self-manage and act with high autonomy
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior product experience in last mile, logistics, or transportation visibility
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or consumer delivery
• Background in supply chain or logistics
