Senior Staff Product Manager, Fertility & Family Building

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Fertility & Family Building product surface, including member journeys from awareness through outcomes like natural conception, egg freezing, and surrogacy.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps grounded in member and clinical data.
• Build and scale agentic, AI-native experiences that improve member outcomes and clinical workflows.
• Establish and drive a member-centric data model focused on engagement, activation, and clinical outcomes.
• Act as the connective tissue across clinical, engineering, design, client success, and growth teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with significant experience in health-tech or high-stakes consumer domains.
• Proven track record of building and shipping production AI features using LLMs and agentic systems.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience taking products from concept to market with measurable impact.
• Strong data instincts with the ability to wrangle complex datasets and define critical success metrics.
• Founder mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity and own outcomes independently.
• Deep clinical empathy and the ability to communicate effectively with clinical, technical, and commercial audiences.
