About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the Member & AI Experience surface, including conversational AI, the homepage, community, and proactive guidance tools.
  • Define the agentic product architecture for member-facing experiences, determining when the system leads, responds, or escalates to clinical teams.
  • Establish an eval-driven development workflow by creating quality metrics for AI outputs and iterating at high velocity.
  • Drive engagement and roadmap strategy for the community surface to build for a population rather than just individual sessions.
  • Partner closely with clinical product teams (Maternity, Fertility) to ensure a coherent and effective AI experience across all programs.
  • Analyze member engagement data to identify activation points, drop-off risks, and the impact of AI interventions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically building consumer-facing products.
  • Direct experience building and shipping conversational AI or agentic systems in a production environment.
  • Deep technical fluency in prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, RAG, and agent orchestration.
  • Strong data skills, including engagement instrumentation and defining AI quality metrics.
  • Ability to ship 0-to-1 products at high velocity through fast experimentation and data-driven iteration.
  • Clinical empathy and the ability to balance high-quality consumer experience with clinical accuracy and rigor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning community or social surfaces within a product ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of leading product resets focused on speed and member obsession.
