Senior Staff Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of products during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase
• Drive yield enhancement, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
• Manage products as they are released to manufacturing
• Lead and complete technical projects with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure product success

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or an equivalent engineering/science field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, test, yield enhancement, quality, or reliability
• Strong knowledge of Statistical and Problem-Solving Methodologies
• Deep understanding of IC electrical characteristics (experience with Memory and wafer test is a plus)
• Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (Wafer Fab and assembly)
• Solid knowledge of device physics and power device technologies
• Familiarity with reliability and qualification standards (e.g., Q101, Q100, JEDEC)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to management
