About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and own the design approach for high-impact, complex product initiatives involving significant ambiguity.
- Select and adapt UX methods including wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, and prototypes to match problem types.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate early-stage ideation, concept exploration, and idea validation.
- Shape and evolve design principles and patterns in alignment with multi-year product visions and evolving AI interaction models.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, data science, and legal teams to align on experience goals.
- Ensure solutions are coherent, extensible, and consistent with a shared design system across multiple product areas.
- Serve as a quality anchor and thought partner for the broader design organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Product Design/UX, specifically at a senior individual contributor level.
- Proven experience delivering within Lean, Agile, or Scrum environments in large, complex organizations.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership on complex, data-intensive platforms (e.g., ad-tech, finance).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional networks and drive alignment without formal authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating complex data and AI-driven experiences into intuitive interfaces at scale.
- Familiarity with identity resolution and designing for trust, transparency, and compliance.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for generative building, rapid prototyping, and research synthesis.
- Deep understanding of enterprise user needs within marketing and analytics contexts.
- Experience navigating platform consolidations and large-scale product transformations.
