Senior Staff Partner Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of payment solutions for global customers and partners, driving product fit and wide-scale rollout.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to bring new products to market and refine customer requirements.
• Manage enterprise-scale customers and partners independently, serving as the primary technical specialist.
• Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions throughout the entire delivery life cycle.
• Break down project objectives into manageable tasks and guide both internal and external resources toward execution.
• Resolve complex technical issues at the network, database, or application level.
• Travel to customer and partner locations as required (approximately 20-30%).

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in IT or software engineering.
• Extensive experience in software solutions delivery with major global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with software development, ideally writing production-grade code.
• Strong understanding of network principles, design, and financial services networks.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve technical issues across network, database, and application layers.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills to build trust with stakeholders and partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with institutional crypto custody solutions.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and technological advancements in the crypto and fintech space.
