Senior/Staff Medium-High Voltage Electrical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high, medium, and low-voltage electrical activities including distribution, generators, UPS, and power quality systems
• Plan and implement maintenance, outages, upgrades, and installations with minimal manufacturing impact
• Provide field coordination and technical guidance for switching, load transfers, commissioning, and contractor work
• Identify electrical risks and develop mitigation plans with operations and engineering partners
• Maintain system documentation, equipment records, and tool installation schedules to support safe and reliable operations

Requirements

• Technical degree, trade certification, or electrical license
• 5+ years of electrical operations, maintenance, or industrial experience
• Proven knowledge of electrical safety practices including LOTO and energized work controls
• Experience coordinating multiple electrical activities in a manufacturing or high-reliability environment
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse collaborators

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field
• Experience with medium-voltage systems, generators, UPS, and power quality mitigation
• Background supporting electrical commissioning, outages, or switching events in critical facilities
• Experience in semiconductor fabs, data centers, or similar environments
