Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects from data collection to production deployment
• Build, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines for model development and training at scale
• Implement machine learning algorithms that meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design systems addressing business needs
• Monitor and improve model performance through experimentation and hyperparameter tuning
• Leverage distributed computing frameworks and cloud platforms to process large-scale datasets

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes)
• Proven track record of implementing end-to-end ML pipelines and CI/CD practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain expertise in payment risk, fraud detection, or customer success
• Expertise and familiarity with NLP models
