Senior Staff Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile and backend payment solutions, ensuring high resilience, performance, and security
• Design, implement, and operate critical backend services for transaction processing, gateways, and scalable financial pipelines
• Apply architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Hexagonal Architecture
• Ensure security and compliance with encryption practices, PCI DSS requirements, and robust observability
• Automate CI/CD pipelines, implement deployment strategies (canary, blue-green), and monitor performance
• Prototype and validate functionalities using generative AI and LLMs to accelerate development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, KPIs, and measure delivery impact

Requirements

• Experience with Cloud Native solutions and DevOps practices
• Experience with observability tools like Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics
• Ability to decompose complex problems and make data-driven decisions
• Clear technical communication for documenting RFCs and ADRs
• Autonomy for end-to-end delivery with a focus on automated testing and code excellence
• Awareness of performance trade-offs, battery consumption, and memory usage in mobile applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Swift, SwiftUI, React Native, or other cross-platform approaches
• Knowledge of integration with acquirers like Stone, Cielo, Rede, or GetNet
• History of performance optimization in Android or Flutter
• Experience with embedded hardware, IoT payments, digital wallets, or Web3 payments
• Experience with AI and advanced English proficiency
