Senior Staff Enterprise Technology Architect, People Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, testing, and go-live for all in-scope Workday modules as client-side technical lead
• Drive workstream delivery across HCM Core, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent
• Own the Workday-ADP Workforce Now integration from design through delivery
• Define and own People Technology integration architecture standards, including configuration governance and security role design
• Manage the Workday security model, including role-based access control and SOD considerations
• Serve as the primary technical partner to the People organization, translating HR priorities into a structured product roadmap
• Lead design and delivery of Workday reporting and analytics capabilities, including Prism Analytics
• Mentor and develop the next generation of People Technology practitioners

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise systems experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and implementation
• Proven delivery across multiple Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
• Deep expertise in Workday business process framework, security model, calculated fields, EIBs, and report writer
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now integrations
• Experience managing enterprise system implementations from requirements through go-live
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and Director-level stakeholders
• Proven mentorship record for Staff-level or Senior administrators

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro certification
• Experience with Workday Studio or PECI/PICOF integration frameworks
• Familiarity with Rippling, Lattice, or Greenhouse
• Experience supporting SOX-compliant HR or payroll processes
• Background in high-growth technology or infrastructure companies
