Senior Staff Engineer Software

Responsibilities

• Deliver Bluetooth features on the Android Automotive platform
• Develop and enhance the Infineon Bluetooth HAL layer to implement patented solutions for advanced Automotive Bluetooth features
• Implement enhancements within the Android Audio layer
• Design enhancements to AOSP and collaborate with the team to develop, test, and deliver features

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in C/C++, Java, and Python
• Expertise in Android AOSP, specifically within the Audio sub-system and/or Bluetooth HAL
• Strong knowledge of Bluetooth/BLE protocols, including classic and LE Audio related profiles
• Proven experience in debugging embedded applications
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for working with geographically distributed teams
