Senior Staff Engineer, Quality

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify and define customer requirements and specifications
• Lead cross-functional product quality planning efforts for upcoming products
• Integrate APQP deliverables into existing programs and train stakeholders on APQP principles
• Serve as the primary Quality team contact for customer quality topics and initiatives
• Act as process owner for quality systems including customer complaints, management of change, MRB, and internal audits

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of work experience in Quality
• Experience working within ISO 9001, IATF16949, AS9100, or GMP quality management systems
• Strong familiarity with APQP principles and industry standards (IATF, AIAG, VDA)
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple responsibilities in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to travel 10% of the year

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience
• Bulk materials experience
