Senior Staff Engineer Product Test Engineering

Responsibilities

• Ensure yield stability and improvement while maintaining product quality and reliability according to Infineon standards
• Support new product releases, production ramps, and change management projects
• Lead a team of 3 engineers and 2 assistants to achieve organizational goals regarding cost, quality, speed, and innovation
• Support the PE section head in personnel activities, including hiring, training, and development
• Interface with cluster functions, business divisions, and suppliers across various FE and BE locations

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in a related engineering field
• Proven track record of problem-solving and delivering strong work results
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to provide clear direction and efficient decision-making
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive team KPIs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
