Bachelor or Master in Electrical engineering, Electronic, Microelectronics, Physics, or Material science, 10+ years experience in Power IC, Gate driver, Current Controller, RF, MOSFET, or IGBT manufacturing/test/yield
About the role
Responsibilities
- Own Assembly & Test yield improvements for Power IC, Gatedriver, Current Controller, RF, MOSFET, and IGBT products at OSAT factories
- Collaborate with Front-End (Fabs) and Back-End Engineering teams to drive yield optimization
- Partner with internal and external customers to achieve product quality improvement and zero defect goals
- Work cross-functionally with Technology Development, Business Units, Operations, Test Engineering, Packaging R&D, and Quality teams
- Identify and execute opportunities for cost reduction, yield enhancement, and defect reduction
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, Material Science, or an equivalent engineering/science field
- 10+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, testing, or yield enhancement
- Deep technical expertise in Power IC, Gate driver, Current Controller, RF, MOSFET, or IGBT technologies
