Senior Staff Engineer Digital Verification

Responsibilities

• Develop SystemVerilog – UVM testbenches and solve complex problems related to testbench development
• Debug failing test cases to identify root causes
• Define and write functional coverage models
• Participate in design and concept reviews to ensure testbench quality and completeness
• Contribute to verification perspectives during design and concept meetings
• Ensure testbenches meet sign-off targets, including coverage, functional safety, and qualification
• Take end-to-end ownership of the verification of complex IPs and SoCs
• Identify sub-modules suitable for Formal Verification and apply the methodology
• Proactively increase verification efficiency and mitigate risks early
• Contribute to the enhancement of verification strategy and architecture for IP/SoC testbenches

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
• More than 8 years of experience within the semiconductor industry
• Proven experience in IP/SoC verification ownership, including delivering to metric targets
• Ability to understand complex design specifications and derive testbench architectures from concepts
• Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or Perl
• Solid Linux skills
• Ability to communicate progress and issues clearly in English
• Strong time management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of functional safety standards such as ISO26262
