Senior Staff Engineer, AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Understand different AI models' features and business domain requirements
• Provide integration solutions for AI models into various business domains
• Maintain high availability and high throughput for all systems
• Build and maintain various AI infrastructure and platform components
• Improve technology best practices and conduct code reviews for peers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Experience in AI Agent or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engineering solutions
• Experience in Microservices or API development using Java, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, Python, or Langchain
• Knowledge of multi-threading and distributed architecture
• Understanding of mainstream messaging frameworks such as Kafka
• Knowledge of different databases, including vector databases

• Hands-on experience working directly with various AI models
