Senior Staff Engineer, AI Platform and Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Architect and build large-scale AI infrastructure supporting the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of AI models
• Define platform standards and reference architectures for distributed training, inference, and model lifecycle management
• Lead the design of scalable systems across compute, storage, networking, and orchestration layers, including GPU/accelerator clusters and data pipelines
• Drive performance, reliability, and cost optimization for mission-critical AI workloads at scale
• Partner with AI Science teams and business units to translate requirements into robust platform capabilities
• Set technical direction and best practices for scalability, observability, security, and operational excellence
• Mentor senior engineers and act as a subject-matter expert to influence architecture across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in software or systems engineering
• Proven experience in AI Agent and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engineering solutions
• Strong experience in Microservices and API development using Java (SpringBoot/SpringCloud), Python, or Langchain
• Deep understanding of multi-threading and distributed architecture
• Proficiency with mainstream messaging frameworks such as Kafka
• Practical knowledge of various database solutions, including Vector Databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multi-agentic AI systems or advanced AI models
• Background in high-frequency trading, fintech, Web3, or crypto platforms
