Senior Staff Engineer, AI Core

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and design decisions for AI Private Banker's full-stack platform
• Build and maintain Flutter mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Web
• Design and implement distributed backend services for recommendation engines and conversational AI
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate goals into technical roadmaps
• Drive engineering best practices through code reviews and technical mentorship
• Integrate AI/ML model outputs into consumer-facing applications

Requirements

• Experience as a Sr. Staff/Staff Engineer shipping large-scale consumer-facing mobile applications
• Track record of designing high-throughput, fault-tolerant backend services using microservices
• Proven ability to take complete technical ownership of major product areas
• Experience working with data systems, APIs, and pipelines for AI/ML outputs
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech or highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with cloud-native development (AWS)
• Proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or Clojure
• Experience building conversational AI interfaces or recommendation systems
• Experience scaling mobile applications across global markets
