Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, including technical design and material specifications
  • Contribute to the design and specification of electrical systems for large-scale power projects, including power generation equipment, transformers, and cabling
  • Develop and review high-fidelity technical documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with relevant safety standards, local/national codes, and global regulations
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement of specialized electrical equipment
  • Oversee the physical installation and commissioning of electrical systems at field locations
  • Provide clear, effective technical communication to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 8+ years of proven experience in industrial environments
  • In-depth knowledge of power systems, control systems, and electrical safety standards
  • Experience with electrical equipment design, procurement, and installation
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and regulations (e.g., NEC)
  • Ability to travel to field locations up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer License
  • Experience with renewable energy technologies
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems and data acquisition
