Senior Staff DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and modernize on-premises build infrastructure, including Jenkins controllers and bare-metal build agents
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines with physical test hardware such as ECUs and evaluation boards
• Manage enterprise storage (Pure Storage) and multi-site NFS replication between Korea, Sunnyvale, and Dublin
• Lead the migration from manual server configuration to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
• Maintain and improve release automation pipelines using Jenkins shared libraries and Groovy
• Deploy monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios for all on-prem infrastructure
• Manage physical datacenter operations including rack layouts, power, and cooling constraints

Requirements

• 15+ years in infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Extensive experience managing on-premises and bare-metal infrastructure
• Deep Linux systems administration skills (networking, storage, systemd)
• Hands-on experience with physical servers, rack management, and storage arrays (NFS/SAN)
• Experience operating Jenkins at scale
• Practical experience with Terraform and Ansible
• Working knowledge of VLANs, DNS, and VPN connectivity
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Groovy
• Experience with enterprise storage administration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embedded systems build toolchains (Bazel, Yocto, CMake)
• Virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere or KVM
• Hardware-in-the-loop or automotive test infrastructure experience
• Security scanning integration (Coverity, BlackDuck)
• Experience with Kubernetes in hybrid environments
• Korean language proficiency
