Senior Staff Developer (Golang) - XDR/SIEM

Responsibilities

• Create and scale high-performance services within a real-time threat analysis pipeline
• Architect, design, develop, test, and deliver software in an agile environment
• Provide technical and professional leadership for the engineering team
• Identify, collaborate with, and influence multiple teams to achieve organizational outcomes
• Proactively identify potential technical issues and plan long-term resolutions
• Routinely present technical strategies and updates to the Executive Team

Requirements

• 13+ years of hands-on experience as an individual contributor
• Expertise in building high-performance, scalable, and highly available systems
• Expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Expert-level knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong passion for coding and solving complex problems at the intersection of Big Data and Cybersecurity

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with our technology stack: Golang (primary), Python, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and Linux
• Experience working with large-scale data ingestion and real-time analysis pipelines
