Senior Staff Data Science Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced machine learning, statistical, and optimization models to solve complex business and engineering problems
• Design and deploy GenAI solutions including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems
• Architect production-grade AI/ML systems including data pipelines and model training platforms
• Build and scale MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, model registry, and monitoring
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Mentor engineers and data scientists in advanced modeling and system design

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 8–12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science
• Strong expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI/ML systems
• Expertise in statistical modeling and scalable ML system design

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field such as Machine Learning, AI, or Statistics
• Deep experience applying AI/ML in semiconductor or manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, and prompt engineering
• Experience with MLOps platforms like MLflow, Azure ML, or Kubeflow
• Proficiency with distributed data platforms like Spark or Databricks
