Senior Staff Consultant - Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions across the United States.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for various IT roles including software engineering, cloud, data, and cybersecurity.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of three recruiters, monitoring performance and hiring metrics.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and Hiring Managers to understand workforce planning and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS and track key recruitment KPIs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in IT Recruitment with significant exposure to the U.S. market.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche technology roles.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a small recruiting team.
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration and work authorization processes (H-1B, L1, TN, OPT/CPT, Green Card).
• Experience working in a fast-paced consulting, services, or technology environment.
• High level of confidence interacting with senior candidates and business leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting specifically for consulting or IT services organizations.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
• Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
