Senior Staff ASIC Digital Engineer

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of subsystems or SoC verification flows, including planning, execution, and closure
• Define verification strategy, create detailed test plans, and develop robust test benches for SoC verification
• Develop and run UVM/SystemVerilog-based verification environments
• Write, run, and debug C-based tests on SoCs
• Define and achieve functional and code coverage goals
• Run, debug, and sign off gate-level simulations with SDF annotation
• Automate regression setup, execution, and result analysis using Python, Perl, or TCL
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code and test plan reviews

Requirements

• BE or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 13+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC verification
• Deep understanding of C, SystemVerilog, and UVM
• Proven history of building and improving SV/UVM-based verification methodologies
• Strong knowledge of bus protocols such as AXI, AHB, and APB
• Experience with interfaces like PCIe, LPDDR, I2C, I3C, or SPI
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Perl, TCL, or Bash
• Experience with gate-level simulations and power-aware (UPF/CPF) verification
