Senior Staff Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data models to consume, transform, and expose data to stakeholders and systems
• Collect business requirements, define successful analytics outcomes, and design data solutions
• Set company-wide standards for data regarding structure, quality, and expectations
• Contribute to Flex’s data culture by influencing processes, systems, and tools to enable scalable decision-making

Requirements

• 6+ years as an analytics engineer or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of SQL and Snowflake
• Expert proficiency with dbt or similar data modeling tools
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma Computing, Tableau, or Mode
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering development cycles, including version control, documentation, testing, and CI/CD
• Experience within the fintech space
