Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for the analog design of complex power management integrated circuits (PMICs).
• Interpret requirement specifications to achieve system and design strategies for power management products.
• Oversee the design, simulation, and layout of CMOS power management circuits to meet performance, area, and power constraints.
• Take ownership of complex block designs, delegating tasks and reviewing work as necessary.
• Lead laboratory evaluations in collaboration with Applications Engineers and support the RFQ process.
• Coach and mentor junior team members in analog design best practices.
• Drive innovation in design methodologies to increase power management capabilities.
• Partner with test teams to ensure appropriate test development for production ramp-up.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in analog design.
• Advanced technical training and experience working on complex technical projects.
• Deep expertise in CMOS power management circuit design.
• Proven ability to supervise simulation and layout processes.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Ability to solve complex issues in creative and commercial ways.
• Experience leading and coordinating significant projects or business initiatives.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
