Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the analog design of complex power management integrated circuits (PMICs)
• Interpret requirement specifications to achieve system and design strategies
• Provide technical leadership for major blocks, ensuring successful production transitions
• Oversee the design, simulation, and layout of CMOS power management circuits
• Take ownership of complex block designs, delegating and reviewing work as necessary
• Conduct feasibility studies for new circuits and lead lab evaluations with Applications Engineers
• Drive innovation in design methodologies to increase power management capabilities
• Coach and mentor junior team members and support the DFT strategy
• Partner with test teams to ensure appropriate development for production ramp-up
• Maintain customer-facing relationships as part of the project team

Requirements

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in analog design
• Advanced technical training and experience working on complex technical projects
• Proven expertise in CMOS power management circuit design
• Experience with simulation and layout supervision
• Ability to solve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
• Flexibility to undertake occasional international travel
