Senior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Own and manage accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processes
• Perform complex account and bank reconciliations
• Maintain, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries
• Lead or contribute to month-end and year-end close processes
• Support audit and tax preparation activities
• Drive process improvement initiatives and ERP optimization projects
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 2-6 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle)
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot processes in a growing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hyper-growth, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments
• NetSuite experience
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• CPA candidate or actively pursuing CPA license
