Senior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for monthly financial close
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations, bi-weekly forecasts, and annual budgeting
• Reconcile invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports using three-way matching
• Manage accurate coding and timely processing of vendor invoices
• Conduct weekly and monthly physical inventories of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables
• Monitor plant load-out functions to ensure accurate daily software recording

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices and purchase orders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
• Ability to work in an industrial environment and adhere to safety regulations
