Senior SRE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale Linux environments including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Write maintainable automation using Bash, Ansible, and Python
• Provide on-call support for infrastructure, CI/CD, and production service incidents
• Operate HPC clusters using Slurm and maintain storage environments like Lustre and NAS
• Manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP) using Terraform and AWS CDK
• Build and operate Docker (ECS) and Kubernetes (EKS) environments
• Operate self-hosted GitLab servers and design CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Build internal AI platforms using LangChain, LangGraph, Bedrock, and Elasticsearch RAG

Requirements

• 5+ years of Linux systems administration and infrastructure operations experience
• Deep knowledge of Linux internals (process, memory, filesystem, networking, systemd, cgroup)
• Strong Bash/Shell scripting and Python programming proficiency
• Solid storage fundamentals including RAID, filesystem selection, and NAS/shared storage operations
• Experience with major public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud) and IaC (Terraform, CDK, or Ansible)
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Airflow)
• High level of autonomy and self-direction in problem discovery and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• HPC scheduler experience (Slurm, PBS, or LSF)
• Parallel filesystem experience (Lustre, GPFS, or BeeGFS)
• Advanced Linux performance analysis using perf, eBPF, or ftrace
• Database operations experience with MySQL or ClickHouse
• LLM application development experience (LangChain, RAG, Agent, MCP)
• GPU server operations including NVIDIA driver/CUDA management and monitoring
• Experience integrating GPU resources into Slurm via GRES and cgroup isolation
