Senior SQL/Sybase Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize SQL queries on Sybase
• Maintain and evolve databases and stored procedures
• Analyze business needs and translate them into high-performance technical solutions
• Perform SQL performance tuning and optimization
• Implement data integration solutions
• Write technical documentation and provide user support
• Collaborate with project teams and back-end developers
• Participate in testing and deployment phases

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Solid experience with SQL and Sybase, ideally in critical or large-scale projects
• Mastery of stored procedures, triggers, views, indexes, and SQL optimization
• Knowledge of OLTP and OLAP systems
• Experience with ETL scripts and data integration is appreciated
• Ability to work in Agile or traditional environments
• Autonomy, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional English proficiency is a plus
